Preserve Hua Hin Group
In 2004, Chiva Som international health resort, in partnership with Hua Hin municipality, established the Preserve Hua Hin group. This dynamic community development organization strives to nurture a safe, vibrant local community, by promoting environmental awareness and preservation, and increasing social interaction.
Activities include ‘climate positive’ concerts to combat climate change, heavy half marathons which attract more than 1,000 runners from Thailand and around
the world and mangrove ecosystem study tours for local students. Many of the group’s activities are open to the public.
